Right now I am offering 30 minute complimentary consultations via phone or skype. Each consultation will include an assessment, a mini-workout, and goal clarification.

Improving your fitness requires 3 things:

1. An honest evaluation of where you're at, right here right now.

2. A stated focus of where you would like to be (your goals!) that is specific.

3. A solid, actionable plan for how to get from #1 to #2.

and 4. (I know I said there were only 3 but just go with me here because this one is important) SUPPORT! You need the support of a coach, your friends, and family to cheer you towards your goal and keep you accountable to your plan.

You will walk away from our consultation will all FOUR of these things. To help get us started, fill out the form below to apply for a complimentary consultation. Since we will only have 30 minutes together, I created this questionnaire to help get us going. It is the beginning of step #1: the Honest Evaluation. The more specific you are, the more I will be able to help!

Hannah is not about making you dependent on her and she is not there to flog you to work harder - her goal is to improve your knowledge of exercise so that you can continue on your own.
— Hannah F
When I started working with Hannah, I basically only ran for exercise. Hannah helped me incorporate other types of workouts into my exercise regiment, which have made me both a stronger person and a better runner. I come away from each session with Hannah sweaty, tired, and confident that I am doing something good for my body.
— Sarah G (Marathon runner & Grad Student)
I originally signed up for a personal trainer because I felt that my workout and my motivation needed an extra boost. But I definitely got much much more than that. Working with Hannah gave me confidence in what I could do with my body. Hannah helped me by showing me exercises I wouldn’t have thought I needed, working out areas of my body that supported my posture and helped to change the shape of my body.
