Right now I am offering 30 minute complimentary consultations via phone or skype. Each consultation will include an assessment, a mini-workout, and goal clarification.
Improving your fitness requires 3 things:
1. An honest evaluation of where you're at, right here right now.
2. A stated focus of where you would like to be (your goals!) that is specific.
3. A solid, actionable plan for how to get from #1 to #2.
and 4. (I know I said there were only 3 but just go with me here because this one is important) SUPPORT! You need the support of a coach, your friends, and family to cheer you towards your goal and keep you accountable to your plan.
